THE LAKE

The system is approximately 14 million years old. The average depth of the lake is only 1½ meters. The lake is populated by ± 800 Hippo and 2000 Crocs, and is connected to the ocean. The water is saline.

Over many years the Hippos and Crocs have adapted to the situation, as everyone knows, they are fresh water creatures.
